The Samahan sa Pilipinas ng mga Industriyang Kimika (SPIK) recently held its 6th Monthly Board Meeting at the Heritage Hotel in Pasay City. The event brought together the industry leaders for dialogue and strategic brainstorming for the advancement of the industry.

Committee reports included current activities and important issues relating to member engagement and advocacy. During the meeting, an updates on the Philippine Chemical Industry Roadmap were presented, indicating the institute vision and goals for the year. This is an aggressive plan that will help us remove the barriers such as environmental stewardship, workforce preparedness and regulatory compliance that SPIK will need to successfully champion the growth of industry.
