The keynote address was given by DOST Secretary Renato Solidum and the program was opened by Engr. Rey Esguerra, OIC Deputy Director for R&D, Chief SRS, ITDI-EBD and Co-project Lead, with a welcoming remark from Dr. Annabelle V. Briones, Director ITDI .
