She highlighted energy cost and reliability as key to attracting investments, noted challenges like high electricity costs and regulatory complexity, and urged Meralco to speed up power connections, ensure supply reliability, and create industry-specific programs that support SPIK’s sustainability and compliance roadmap.

A Q&A session followed, moderated by Mr. Clarence Rodney Cruz, Relationship Manager, Manufacturing Consumer Goods, Enterprise – Industrial. This allowed both parties to clarify concerns, explore challenges, and exchange ideas to optimize energy solutions tailored to SPIK members’ needs. The open dialogue underscored the commitment of both organizations to foster innovation and operational excellence.
