The Environmental Management Bureau (EMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) hosted the consultative meeting covering the proposed Memorandum Circular (MC) on Clarification on the Registration and Licensing Requirements for Chemical Control Order for Cyanide and Cyanide Compounds on March 09, 2018 at the Sulo Riviera Hotel.

Ms. Emmanuelita Mendoza, Chief of the Chemical Management Section (CMS) presented the proposed MC on the clarification to the registration and licensing requirements for CCO- Cyanide and Cyanide Compounds under DAO 97-39.

Engr. Edwin Navaluna facilitated the open forum after the presentation of the objectives and brief background of the CCO for Cyanide ad Cyanide Compounds and the draft MC.
