The historic meeting of the Department of Health (DOH), Philippine Paint and Coatings Association, Inc. (PPCAI), and Samahan sa Pilipinas ng mga Industriyang Kimika (SPIK) was a significant occasion marked by the convergence of industry leaders and regulators, including PPCAI President Mr. Reginald T.
