The Samahan sa Pilipinas ng mga Industriyang Kimika (SPIK) and Saltegra Consulting LLC formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on December 18, 2024, during the SPIK’s 175th General Membership Meeting. This agreement signifies an important step toward enhancing process safety within the industry. The MOU is designed to establish a thorough framework that embeds safety practices into the fundamental operations of member companies. The signing was conducted by SPIK President Engr. Gretchen F. Enarle and Responsible Care Chairman Engr. Reinier Jay Bagabay, alongside Saltegra Consulting’s Operations Manager Engr. Reyson Dela Cruz and Engr. Marianne Mendoza. This collaboration will initiate a series of webinars focused on process safety in 2025.

The webinars scheduled for 2025 will act as a venue for sharing effective methods and creative approaches with a wider audience. This initiative reflects the common goal of SPIK and Saltegra Consulting to foster a safer and more sustainable future for the business sector.
