• Increase membership through recruitment
• Engage and retain the current members
• Keep current members updated on relevant events and information
• Promote member awareness of the resources, services, and membership benefits
• Welcome new members, facilitate onboarding, and encouraging participation

SPIK Education, Research and Innovation Committee (SERIC)

• Promote and support research in the chemical industry through linkages with government and institutions
• Host education research conferences or summits to showcase innovations of the chemical industry 

National Issues on Trade and Industry Committee (NITIC)

• Identify priority issues that affect trade, industry and members
• Prepare position papers in coordination with the Executive Director and the RC Council

Product Space

• Identify priority products for inclusion in the Priority Development Program of DTI-BOI
• Review tariff-related issues affecting our members
• Participate in the government- industry discussions for the development of the chemical industry

Public Affairs

• Advance the mission and vision of the organization through promotional materials
• Advise staff on policy and communications

Ways and Means

• Raise the revenue through sports activities required to finance projects and advocacies
