The 15th Industry Advisory Committee (IAC) Meeting, a collaborative endeavor hosted by the Department of Science and Technology-Industrial Technology Development Institute (DOST-ITDI), unfolded at the prestigious Board of Investments (BOI) Penthouse Boardroom in Makati City. This pivotal gathering, orchestrated under the leadership of Dr. Annabelle V. Briones, DOST-ITDI’s esteemed Director, served as a dynamic platform for the exchange of knowledge and fostering of partnerships between the government and the plastics industry.

The meeting kicked off with a discussion of the upcoming Plastic Expo by Engr. Rey L. Esguerra, the Officer-in-Charge of the Research and Development Division at DOST-ITDI. Gretchen Fontejon-Enarle, the President of Samahan sa Pilipinas ng mga Industriyang Kimika (SPIK).
