The 7th SPIK Board Meeting was held on July 16, 2025 at the Dow Office in Alabang with discussions centering on the committee accomplishments and upcoming international events. The board reported on its significant participation at the AMEICC in Malaysia, APRCC in Indonesia and the Asian Chemicals Forum in India, as well as the ARCP event in Manila, co-organized with the Global Silicones Council and the Board of Investments. This global engagement is a source of pride for our community.

Another topic in the agenda was the SERIC and RC Committees’ future schedule, including in-person and webinar activities. One eagerly anticipated item ended the proceedings an announcement of a bowling tournament in July. These high-level meetings are a testament to SPIK’s commitment to stimulate growth and networking among the chemical community and its partners.
