Implementation of the Globally Harmonized System1

Several clarifications were made with regards to the said DAO specifically on the labeling requirements and also on what version of the GHS is to be adopted by EMB. There were also some corrections made in the DAO especially on some wordings that were deemed ambiguous.  SPIK thru the representation of Ms. Cynthia Reyes (Inchem), Mr. Jonathan Chong (Du Pont), Ms. Gretchen Enarle (Atlantic Coatings) and Mr. Pio Ramirez (Metro Industries) reiterated the commitment to support EMB via further capacity building to ensure all industry stakeholders are able to follow the guidelines set.
