The SPIK Working Group members held a preparatory meeting of June 09, 2025, remotely organized presided by its Responsible Care Chairperson, Engr. Reinier Bagabay, last June 09, 2025, to establish the foundation for the upcoming RCS and OACEIS Training. This training opportunity on July 23, 2025, is important for stakeholders to increase familiarity with the updated regulations and operational procedures. 

This preparatory meeting, attended by SPIK President Engr. Gretchen F. Enarle, Engr. Jai Rocamora and Ms. Antonette Fallarme,  helped to set the objectives and agenda of the training to served as a guide for its attendees. This preliminary gathering was essential to outline the training process  and ensure a conducive learning environment for attendees.

The SPIK Working Group’s participation shows how public and private systems can work together to enforce regulations and establish a safer and more secure chemical environment in the Philippines.
